Uh, just to put things in perspective:

You don't NEED your testicles - unless you're planning on breeding. (I'm not, but I only had the vas deferens snipped...)

You don't NEED to have sex.

You don't NEED an LJ account.

You don't NEED a lot of things.

My girl friend didn't NEED a breast reduction.

But things like that do increase the quality of life dramatically.

I'll try not snear at him - and hope when I remember not to that maybe it wasn't vanity or for porn star fame that it was done (thinking of women with 78DDDD implants).
